AI-Related Expectations

You need to be comfortable using development tools enhanced by AI within established standards, and apply AI techniques to improve workflows with measurable product value. You should think critically about observability and failure modes for AI-assisted features, and care about responsible AI principles when shipping user-facing functionality. AI here is embedded within the system, not a nice-to-have.

What you will do 

• Design, build and deploy the products with very high quality standards

• Bring innovation in the current system to increase robustness, ease of development 

• Ability to articulate the design and code choices to cross functional teams 

• Reviewing and providing feedback on features, technology, architecture, design, time & budget estimates, and test strategies 

• Developing and evolving engineering and business process to optimize team’s efficiency 

• Partner with other teams across Adobe for achieving common goals 

Required Skills and Background:

• 3+ years software development experience

• Strong work experience on technologies like Databricks, Snowflake , Apache Spark, Kafka etc.
