Adobe is in search of a Senior Manager to lead the EMEA Adobe Cyber Defense Center team of security engineers and professionals within the Cyber Operations Security organization. Responsibilities

• Lead an agile, highly collaborative, and passionate team focused on cyber security operations.

• Work closely with global teams (developers, SREs, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Program Managers) to define security requirements and priorities.

• Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies, manage budgets, and ensure flawless mentorship for project delivery.

• Coordinate team progress, provide regular feedback, and anticipate and resolve potential conflicts.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of standards, policies, guidelines, and architectural principles aligned with Adobe’s cyber security goals.

• Review and influence technical decisions and security features.

• Mentor and grow your team, setting ambitious goals and reviewing their performance.
