from Adobe careers

The Opportunity

Adobe Express helps millions of people create standout content every day. A platform engineering group builds the foundation underneath it.

We're hiring an Engineering Manager for a team that owns how creative content — images, videos, and media — is imported, stored, distributed, and rendered across the application. It's foundational work that ships to tens of millions of users worldwide.

You'll lead an established, high-performing team and shape its technical direction. If you're energized by platform engineering, product impact, and the possibilities of AI-powered development — this role is for you.

What you'll Do

  • Lead a team building platform capabilities that power Adobe Express and integrations across Adobe's creative suite
  • Partner with Product Management to define the roadmap and balance delivery with platform health
  • Champion AI-assisted and agentic development practices across the team
  • Remove blockers, maintain team velocity, and create space for engineers to do their best work
  • Mentor engineers at all levels through feedback, stretch opportunities, and clear career development
  • Collaborate across Adobe to align priorities and drive cross-team initiatives

What you need to succeed

  • 3–10 years leading engineering teams, with a track record of growing people and shipping products
  • Strong AI fluency — you understand how AI systems work and have experience building or shipping AI-powered features
