The Opportunity
Within Adobe’s Unified Platform Organization, the B2B Expansion team is hiring a Product Manager to drive product-led growth (PLG) across Adobe’s SMB and Mid-market business. Our team develops workflows, features, and monetization methods that drive Adobe’s expansion. We contribute significantly to the launch and revenue plans of nearly every new Adobe product.
In this role, you will own and drive PLG initiatives that convert free, freemium, and trial users into paying customers. You will scale our B2B business through smart, data-driven, and increasingly AI-enabled product decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, development, analytics, and go-to-market to define and ship impactful product experiences.
This role suits a product manager beyond entry-level implementation. It offers chances to take on greater responsibility and advance toward becoming a Senior PM. You’ll have meaningful autonomy, real impact, and strong mentorship throughout.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PLG growth initiatives within the B2B Expansion team.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve free-to-paid conversion, trial activation, and SMB/Mid-market retention.
- Make and communicate clear, well-reasoned tradeoffs across quality, customer value, and schedule—bringing collaborators and engineering along.
