Adobe is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Value Specialist Document Cloud with Retention focus to support adoption and value realisation of Adobe Acrobat Sign across an existing enterprise customer base.
In this role, you will engage with customers to help them unlock the value of Adobe Sign, driving activation and sustained usage following purchase. You will work closely with customers to identify relevant use cases, overcome adoption barriers and ensure Adobe Sign is embedded into their business processes as quickly and effectively as possible.
This role is ideally suited to a consultative sales professional who enjoys working with existing customers to drive long‑term success, adoption and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively engage with existing enterprise customers through outbound outreach to identify business owners and define meaningful use cases for Adobe Acrobat Sign.
- Help customers unlock the value of Adobe Sign by driving activation, adoption and long‑term usage of the solution.
- Identify and remove barriers preventing customers from fully utilising Adobe Sign, turning business challenges into practical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong product knowledge across Adobe Acrobat Sign and related offerings.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned to monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
- Partner closely with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance and Engineering to support coordinated customer outcomes.
