You will play a key part in speeding up large global sales opportunities. You will serve as a bridge between internal and external collaborators to ensure delivery strategies, estimates, and timelines are well aligned. This role fits someone who enjoys tackling complex problems and designing groundbreaking architectures.
Responsibilities
- Drive multiple customer opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare compelling proposals with technical solutions build, engagement approach, and execution strategy.
- Lead deep discovery sessions to understand client needs and technical requirements.
- Communicate confidently with customers and internal teams throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents.
- Continuously improve team knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral.
Role Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical/business/services pre-sales consulting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing developments and digital experience platforms.
- Proven ability to build and optimize business processes.
- Experience leading workshops and prioritizing client requirements.
- Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to present to senior executives.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Understanding of custom software development processes.
- Experience in managing agile development projects.
- Previous roles in consulting management.
