Operating at the intersection of lifecycle growth, monetization, and intelligent automation, you will partner across Product, Growth, Data Science, Marketing, and Engineering to build scalable growth systems. Your work will translate customer insights into measurable outcomes across creator acquisition, engagement, credit utilization, expansion ARR, plan transitions, and long-term retention.

  • Drive Acquisition, Add-On and Expansion ARR for Individual customers, with a strong focus on Credits-based and AI monetization models.

  • Build and optimize upgrade, switch, and migration journeys to increase conversion, retention, and long-term customer value for Creators

  • Contribute to agentic experiences that proactively guide customers toward the right plan, add-on, or AI capability based on need and usage.
