We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive growth for our Creator ecosystem on Account Management. This role includes planning and delivering across the full funnel. This covers acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, and retention. This role will focus on growing the creator base while focusing on credit consumption and product adoption, using levers such as trials, add-ons, credits, upgrades, and AI-powered capabilities to unlock sustained growth.
Operating at the intersection of lifecycle growth, monetization, and intelligent automation, you will partner across Product, Growth, Data Science, Marketing, and Engineering to build scalable growth systems. Your work will translate customer insights into measurable outcomes across creator acquisition, engagement, credit utilization, expansion ARR, plan transitions, and long-term retention.
What You’ll Do
Lead product growth strategy and execution for Account Management growth initiatives, balancing customer value with monetization impact.
Drive Acquisition, Add-On and Expansion ARR for Individual customers, with a strong focus on Credits-based and AI monetization models.
Build and optimize upgrade, switch, and migration journeys to increase conversion, retention, and long-term customer value for Creators
Contribute to agentic experiences that proactively guide customers toward the right plan, add-on, or AI capability based on need and usage.
Identify friction points across the lifecycle and introduce improvements based on testing to unlock incremental growth.
