The Opportunity

The Retention Sales Manager will direct and develop our renewal and retention programs across Adobe. This role plays a key part in safeguarding and growing recurring revenue by improving renewal quality, minimizing risks, and expanding accounts during the cycle with a skilled team of Renewal Sales Specialists (RSS) and Solution Account Managers (SAM).

Manage & Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Directly oversee and guide Renewal Sales Specialists and Solution Account Managers, setting clear expectations, priorities, and performance criteria.
  • Develop talent through regular mentoring, deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and skills development in renewal negotiation and value-based selling.
  • Foster strong collaboration across the Adobe ecosystem with clear ownership based on renewal complexity and risk.
