We are a multidisciplinary team of change agents who thrive in ambiguity, move fast with rigor, and embrace AI-native analytics workflows. Our work informs executive decisions at the E-Team level and helps our businesses move from insight to execution to measurable growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, execution-minded Data Scientist to support growth across content sharing channels and influencer marketing. This is a hands-on role passionate about analysis, experimentation, and actionable insights in a defined but fast-evolving Social and Influencer domain. You will collaborate directly with channel owners and content creators. Together, you will define and evolve practitioner-level, optimizable metrics that improve day-to-day performance.
What you'll Do

- Support experiment design (e.g., creative, audience, influencer selection) and evaluate results.
- Define and evolve optimizable metrics (e.g., engagement rate, cost efficiency) to guide day-to-day decisions.
- Set quarterly targets, monitor weekly performance, and deliver actionable insights to channel owners and marketing partners.
