Senior Financial Analyst (Channel Partner Incentives)

Job Description

Position Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the India COE team as we continue to drive the business through data-driven insights and optimized partner investments. This Senior Financial Analyst role will partner closely with Finance leadership, Channel Sales teams, and regional stakeholders to support the design, forecasting, and governance of channel partner incentive programs.

In this role, you will own end-to-end financial management of partner incentives, including program design support, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and payout governance. You will play a key role in ensuring incentive investments drive revenue growth while maintaining strong financial discipline and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

· Design and evaluate partner incentive programs (rebates, discounts, MDF, SPIFFs) to balance revenue growth and profitability

· Own budgeting, forecasting, and accrual management for incentive spend, ensuring high accuracy and predictability

· Analyze program performance using KPIs and dashboards to generate actionable business insights

· Partner with sales and channel teams to align incentive strategies with business objectives

· Ensure governance, compliance, and financial controls over incentive programs and related spend

· Manage payout validation and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of disputes

· Drive process improvements and automation leveraging tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, and Anaplan

· Collaborate cross-functionally and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA/CA/CPA preferred but not mandatory

· 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Channel Finance roles

· Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ability to evaluate ROI and business impact

· Understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems preferred

· Solid knowledge of accounting principles including accruals, revenue recognition, and expense management

· Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI/Tableau strongly preferred

· Experience with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Anaplan, or similar tools is a plus

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams

· Ability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and operate in a dynamic environment

· High attention to detail with strong execution and follow-through

· Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
