The Opportunity

Join our outstanding team as an Executive Researcher at Adobe in London, UK! This role offers a chance to support our Executive Recruiter in hiring senior director-plus roles across EMEA, with a core focus on go-to-market. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting our world-class team!

What you'll Do

  • Leading Adobe EMEA's executive sourcing framework, setting standards for research, mapping, and candidate engagement.

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify and attract top executive talent.

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Recruiter to build and implement flawless recruitment strategies.

  • Building succession pipelines, prioritising where you spend your time for impact.

  • Provide detailed reports and insights to determine the best hiring approaches.

  • Successfully implement innovative sourcing techniques to compete in the market.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven track record in executive search, preferably within go-to-market roles.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information, preferably with advanced Excel skills for reporting

  • Deep experience in succession planning / proactive pipelining building for senior leadership roles.

  •  Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including but not limited to: x-ray search, market mapping, sourcing with AI tools

  • You bring credibility, discretion, and gravitas when partnering with senior stakeholders.

  • You’ve worked in-house in a high-growth business and/or have exposure to technology industries.
