Job description

from Adobe careers

The opportunity

The Adobe Design Content Strategy (ADCS) team is looking for a Staff UX Content Strategist to join our team, supporting Frame.io. We use our expertise in language and communication to shape experiences across Adobe’s products and services. Our work ranges from content design and in-product, UX writing to developing standards and guidelines for our design system, and more.

Frame.io, an Adobe Company, is changing the future of how creative work gets done by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world. We have built a product that creatives recognize and love through constant innovation and incredible attention to detail.

Important note: This is not a content marketing or advertising copywriting role.

What you’ll do

As part of the ADCS team, you’ll be the lead UX content strategist for Frame.io, where you’ll:

  • Define and drive the content strategy vision for Frame.io’s product experience, from onboarding to advanced workflows.

  • Partner with product, engineering, research, and design leads to create cohesive, user-centered experiences.

  • Craft clear, purposeful, and on-brand in-product content that supports Frame.io.

  • Lead UX content strategy for major product initiatives, owning end-to-end content execution across surfaces and platforms.

  • Develop and scale content frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and reusable patterns specific to Frame.io, ensuring they align with and complement Adobe’s broader design and content system, Spectrum.
