The Opportunity
The Express Growth Data Science team is looking for a dynamic and versatile data scientist to drive product-led growth for Adobe Express. You will employ data to deeply understand Adobe Express customers through their entire lifecycle, from Acquisition, Engagement Conversion and Monetization, focusing on Monetization and drive strategy for Premium Acquisition, measure progress toward goals, be the voice of customer performance through the product and uncover new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have deep technical skills, a passion for delivering compelling customer analytics, curiosity, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence partners to drive strategy!
What you'll Do
- Lead strategic analytics projects and present clearly communicated findings that lead to impactful insights for key partners.
- Use data from multiple sources to understand customers and their in-product engagement, purchase, and retention patterns, build compelling data narratives that drive action and find opportunities to further elevate the Express product experience.
- Develop Analysis frameworks to enable agile and quick data insights, while maintaining the quality of the insight, and inform strategy.
- Partner with all growth functions, Finance and Go-To-Market organizations to build regular product performance updates with the Product Led Growth lens.
- Work very closely with Product to determine the right strategy for Express Monetization in a fast paced and data driven environment.
- Develop, implement, and analyze A/B experiments. Deliver comprehensive reports and actionable insights that drive product improvements.
- Partner with the enablement and product teams to enable analytics measurement across existing and new features built in the product in supporting data systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards to enable self-serve of information.
What you need to succeed
- A master’s degree in computer science, statistics, physics or a related field is desired. Technical undergrad and equivalent experience in the field is required.
- 5-7+ years of direct experience as a Data Scientist
- Deep understanding of statistics and expertise in building, productizing, maintaining, and improving predictive models
- Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, validating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL or Hive
- Experiences in ML modeling and data inference in highly desirable.
- Experience with Python, R or any other scripting language.
- Experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude is a plus.
- Strong self-starter, and proven results on delivering business insights that has driven product strategy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,100 -- $236,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $163,200 - $236,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
