We are seeking a Director, Global Solutions Consulting to lead well-established teams across North America and EMEA. This leader will set the vision, standards, and operating model for our world-class team. The role spans both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solution areas while remaining product-agnostic enough to flex with evolving portfolio needs. The Director will define excellence in discovery, value storytelling, demo execution, Proof of Value (PoV) methodology, and cross-functional execution.
What You’ll Lead
You will lead well-established Solutions Consulting teams across North America and EMEA. You will craft a unified standard of excellence for both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions. With you on the team, we will ensure consistent execution, seamless cross-regional collaboration, and strong alignment with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing partners!
What You’ll Do
- Set strategic direction and operating standards for the Global Solutions Consulting organization.
- Drive revenue impact by elevating discovery, solution mapping, proof of value rigor, and storytelling
- Partner closely with regional Sales leaders and Sales Operations to influence pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deal strategy.
