    The Opportunity

Adobe's CAO Finance & Technology Transformation Office is looking for a Sr. Portfolio & Business Operations Manager to help build and develop our transformation program management capability while supporting the business operations of substantial, multifaceted projects. In this role, you will work where careful planning, financial management, and operational delivery intersect. You will partner with leaders to inform tradeoffs, sequencing, and investment decisions using portfolio, financial, and resource data. This is an opportunity to help inform what we work on, when we work on it, and how we ensure our transformation investments deliver value.

    What you'll Do

    • Support multi-year transformation programs through portfolio planning, financial oversight, and coordination across multiple functions.
    • Stand up and evolve a transformation portfolio management capability, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, and governance across initiatives.
    • Develop business case and value assessments to inform prioritization, funding, and investment tradeoff decisions.
    • Operationalize strategic priorities into execution plans, integrated roadmaps, and governance rhythms that balance value, capacity, and risk.
    • Serve as a thought partner to leaders, advising on portfolio trade-offs, sequencing decisions, and resource and financial implications that inform executive decision forums.
    • Own or co-own budget planning, forecasting, and spend governance for transformation initiatives.
    • Provide access to financial health, risks, and variances for informed decision-making.
