We’re looking for an experienced Director to lead our global Business Ethics and Integrity group. This is an exciting opportunity to join Adobe’s Legal and Government Relations organization and help shape a world-class ethics and compliance program. Reporting to Adobe’s Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, you’ll be working on the front lines to ensure that Adobe acts with integrity in all areas of its business.
You’ll bring deep expertise in building and scaling ethics, compliance and risk management programs and governance. You’re a strong people leader who thrives on inspiring teams, mentoring and developing talent. You love working cross-functionally to build and maintain collaborative working relationships throughout the company. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and business partners to maintain Adobe’s culture of integrity, operate compliance programs at scale, and manage and mitigate risk to the company.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and continuously evolve a global program aligned to regulatory expectations, company strategy and enterprise risk priorities.
- Manage global anti-corruption and third-party compliance programs including program design, operations, advice, M&A due diligence and integrations, and risk-based monitoring.
- Collaborate with legal and business colleagues to ensure compliance with public sector laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement scalable training and awareness efforts aligned to Adobe's core values, business risk, and legal/regulatory requirements. Establish metrics and analytics to identify program effectiveness, gaps and emerging risk trends.
