Key Responsibilities
- Offer pre-sales technical assistance for the implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions.
- Apply comprehensive product knowledge to provide technical support to sales personnel and customers through captivating sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Assist sales teams in evaluating potential applications of company products to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare detailed product specifications for the creation and rollout of customer solutions.-High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing disciplines. Technology focus on AJO, CDP, Campaign ,CJA or in competitive CXO Martech Stacks like SFDC, ORACLE Marketing cloud etc
- Develop detailed development and implementation guidelines for complex products and applications.
- Co develop prototypes based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility, often involving rapid prototyping and product demos.
- Offer consultation to prospective users and conduct product capability assessments and validations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in providing technical support and expertise in a pre-sales environment.
- Outstanding knowledge of Adobe products and their applications.
