We are seeking a Growth PM Lead to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization for video products. This leader will own the end-to-end growth strategy across the desktop product experience and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance.
This role requires deep expertise in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and data-driven product decision-making, combined with strong product intuition and customer empathy.
Growth Strategy & Roadmap
Define and lead the growth strategy
Identify high-impact growth opportunities using data, research, and experimentation.
Own and prioritize a growth roadmap tied to clear business impact.
Experimentation & Optimization
Build and scale an experimentation culture within the team.
Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments across onboarding, feature discovery, pricing/packaging, and retention.
Establish guidelines for statistical rigor, guardrail metrics, and experiment governance.
Drive rapid test-and-learn cycles
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work in close coordination with:
Engineering to implement experimentation infrastructure
Design & UX Research to optimize onboarding and feature discovery
Marketing to align product growth levers with acquisition strategies
Finance & Data Sciences to quantify business impact
Customer & Market Insights
Develop a deep understanding of video creators across segments (beginners to professionals)
Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify friction points in the user journey
