Adobe · Bucharest, Bucureşti, Romania · Design
At Adobe, our products power the digital experiences of billions of users across the globe. From the websites you visit, to the online stores you shop in, and the content you consume, Adobe plays a vital role in crafting the digital landscape.
We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join our platform team in Bucharest, dedicated to scaling and evolving a foundational service that supports multiple Adobe products. This is a core technology role, central to Adobe’s growth strategy and product reliability across our ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and drive the product roadmap for platform capabilities, a suite of tools and services that are core to Adobe's critical applications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and analytics teams to identify high-impact improvements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Prioritize features and technical investments that support cross-product needs and improve reliability, observability, and performance.
- Engage with internal team members across multiple product lines to understand platform requirements and unify use cases into coherent strategies.
- Leverage analytics and internal usage data to assess platform adoption, performance, and impact.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear requirements and narratives, ensuring alignment across engineering, data, and business teams.
- Own the full product lifecycle – from problem definition to launch and iteration – with a high standard for execution quality.Encourage a culture that relies on data to make decisions, establishing clear success metrics for all projects.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a minimum of 2 years committed to platforms, APIs, infrastructure, or internal developer tools.
- Strong technical foundation – you can comfortably engage in conversations about architecture, data pipelines, API design, or system scalability.
- Experience working with analytics and telemetry tools to drive product decisions.
- Demonstrated success in platform product management or working on internal tools that support other product teams.
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback, user research, and system metrics into clear product direction.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority in a global, matrixed organization.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused attitude: you know how to break big goals into clear deliverables and work iteratively.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken). A technical degree or equivalent experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- You enjoy experimenting with emerging AI-powered tools and workflows, and you’re thoughtful about where they meaningfully improve impact, speed, and clarity for yourself, your team, and the broader product organization.
