from Adobe careersThe Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) Performance, Planning & Incentives team works closely with ACS leadership on strategies for improving our Services impact across all lines of business and geographies. Our goal is to maintain a clear business model and continually monitor what drives our success. We conduct critical analysis and identify actions that will increase top line growth and profitability for our Services business. Our work provides insights that inform decisions related to annual planning and compensation development, investment direction, prioritization, and other ongoing business priorities. This supports timely decision-making speed. Reporting to Operations senior leadership, this position offers a great chance to drive insight and accelerate growth for Adobe. You will collaborate globally with ACS business leaders, operations, finance, and HR partners.
What You’ll Do
Assist leading the Global Incentive Compensation team to define and drive central initiatives which result in improving business performance
Develop performance indicators to assess the success of compensation programs, and present findings and proposed actions to Executive Leadership.
Develop compensation builds that are both scalable and sensitive to different business requirements
Participate in the development of the incentive compensation structure and philosophy across the entire organization
What You Need to Succeed
10+ years of Finance/Operations experience; background in Sales Compensation required
