As a Principal Product Marketing Manager on our Firefly Enterprise Product Marketing team, you will lead the go-to-market and commercialization strategy for our API-powered platform and workflow experiences. This role is crucial and sits at the intersection of platform strategy, technical product marketing, and enterprise GTM. You will bring to market a steady flow of new packaged workflows, capabilities, and emerging agent orchestration and tooling for our APIs and workflow building tools.
What You'll Do
- Lead GTM strategy and execution for complex, platform-level capabilities (eg. system integrations, AI agents, APIs, packaged workflows), including branding, commercialization & packaging, demand generation, and field enablement.
- Define how new capabilities are productized, including target users, packaging, and pricing
- Build a repeatable “capability-to-market” operating system for high-cadence releases
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Business Model Strategy, Partnerships, Legal, and Sales leadership to align on strategy, tradeoffs, and execution plans
- Lead technical GTM and field readiness for multiple audiences, including Solution Consultants, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Sales teams.
- Complete launch excellence at a high cadence
- Build proof and feedback loops that help compose the overall product roadmap
