Job description
from Adobe careersThe team behind Adobe’s identity solutions powers every customer’s first touchpoint with the company. Identity is at the heart of how millions of people sign up, sign in, recover accounts, and access products seamlessly across devices and surfaces.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will build the next generation of secure, simple, and intelligent identity experiences. You’ll define how we evolve authentication, MFA, passkeys, device trust, and automated risk signals—while reducing friction and improving conversion for customers globally.
You will collaborate with global engineering, build, analytics, and product teams to solve high-visibility challenges. These include cross-device continuity, agent/LLM identity, account recovery at scale, and progressive profiling. This role offers a chance to influence every Adobe product, try innovative solutions, and deliver platform capabilities that impact activation, retention, and trust.
If you want to build foundational systems that power billions of interactions, this is the role for you. These systems define how Adobe customers securely connect to creativity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Technical Roadmap: Define and complete the product strategy for the Identity Platform, ensuring alignment with Adobe's business goals and enterprise initiatives.
- Technical Leadership: Work closely with engineering teams and vendors to build and implement modern identification solutions.
