We are seeking an experienced second-line sales leader to take on the role of Senior Leader for our Creativity & Productivity Enterprise Business in Western. This, is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing sales organisation, expand our presence, and build on the strong momentum we’ve already established.
As the Enterprise Sales (Second Line Manager) you will report to the Regional VP Western Europe and be responsible for driving growth across Western by leading and scaling our enterprise sales team. You will inspire and develop managers and account executives, engage with C-suite stakeholders within our most influential companies, and ensure predictable, sustainable growth across key industries.
What you'll Do
Responsible for Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity Enterprise Sales performance and strategy across Western
Lead and develop front-line managers (FLMs) and their teams of Account Executives, driving accountability, performance, and professional growth.
Align with the executive leadership team, and key partners, to define differentiated offerings and go-to-market strategies
Drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth, consistently delivering against targets.
Identify, grow and accelerate revenue opportunities within key accounts
Optimise day-to-day sales activities and drive engagement that optimise revenue conversion
Bring together cross functional teams to enhance commercial opportunities and identify areas of improvement
Partner cross-functionally with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Global teams to optimise execution.
Maintain a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance, ensuring engagement and retention of top talent.
Contribute to regional and global strategy by providing insight on Western market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
What you need to succeed
Strong second line sales management experience with success managing managers of enterprise sales teams.
Strong direct software sales experience (not consulting, indirect sales, or professional services).
Outstanding influencing, negotiation and commercial skills
Strong C-level negotiation and influencing skills, with experience closing transformational deals.
Consistent track record in leading through others within a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing, engaged sales teams.
Evidence of success bringing in new business and ability to optimise and scale existing opportunities.
Excellent people leadership skills; ability to influence and drive accountability and ownership at all levels
Data-driven decision-maker with a strategic attitude and operational excellence.
