Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute with hands-on experience in composing and developing highly available services
- 6+ years of software development experience, preferably in product companies
- Extensive development experience with NodeJS, JavaScript, Webpacker, REST APIs, Redis, ElasticSearch
- Proficiency in the latest technologies like Web Components, React/Vue/Bootstrap, Redux, NodeJS, TypeScript, Redis, Memcached, Docker, Kafka, MySQL
- Deep understanding of MVC framework and concepts like HTML, DOM, CSS, REST, AJAX, responsive build, developing with testing in mind
- Ability to define APIs and integrate them into web applications using XML, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs
- Good understanding of object-oriented build
- Strong knowledge of software fundamentals including building & analysis of algorithms, data structure development, implementation, documentation, and unit testing
- Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Build web frontend solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web Components, ReactJS, Bootstrap, and other web development technologies
- Contribute to the analysis, build, prototype, and implementation of new services/features and improving existing ones
- Be a proactive self-starter and fast learner who can develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for acquiring results
- Write backend endpoints, define schemas, and data flow pipelines
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and robust frontend and backend code
- Develop creative web portals, sites, pages, microservices/APIs, and web application integrations
- Commit to guidelines in software development: compose, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operation
- Respond to, solve, and support production systems, performance, reliability, and scalability issues
- Perform your own pre-deployment QA and build and implement comprehensive unit tests for confirming functionality and performance of new code
- Be a part of an engineering team on-call rotation for handling critical issues
