Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager - India

As a Senior Individual contributor within the APAC Lifecycle Marketing team, you will own the creation and orchestration of Adobe's end-to-end customer journey, accountable for revenue and units growth via email as a channel.
You will be the senior ranking member for Growth Marketing in India, requiring strong communication, partnership and influencing skills. Based in Noida/Bangalore, this role partners with cross functional teams across product, communications, paid media, broader regional/global marketing, and insights teams. These adhoc and orchestrated campaigns will promote Adobe's Creative and Document Cloud consumer offerings in India.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, plan and activate hyper-localized/culturalized campaigns to drive new user acquisition, mobile app installs, entitled user engagement and paid member growth in India.
- Drive monetization of Adobe products by supporting Go To Market promotions, bundle offers, win-back and upsell campaigns
- Support Business goals - Initiate onboarding experience for new users and optimize weekly active use campaigns to encourage product usage, exports and unlock mobile user growth.
- Orchestrate first-party data growth and channel expansion initiatives, including but not limited to WhatsApp, SMS etc.
- Innovate and embrace technology (deep linking) to enable seamless cross-platform user experience b/w mWeb, desktop and Mobile apps
- Leverage data science models for conversion optimization and develop behavioural journeys (next-best action) to drive in-product success.
- Adobe Journey Optimizer: Coordinate regional adoption and utilization of AJO, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency in driving campaigns, personalization, and automation.
- Release Marketing Management: Drive value expansion and engagement amongst paid members, while propagating product/new feature adoption in India
Experience Required/Skills
- At least 12-15 years of experience crafting, launching and managing end to end acquisition and customer engagement programs with practical working knowledge of targeting, dynamic publishing, journey building, triggers sequencing and A/B testing.
- Agency / vendor management experience; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing change.
- Excellent project management and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment collaborating across multiple functions.
- Motivated and passionate about data, you enjoy a good challenge and apply both creativity and analytical rigor in solving problems. As a seasoned performance marketer, you have a proven track record of moving metrics.
