About the Role
As a Sales Administrator at Adobe, you will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role is pivotal in driving sales activities, coordinating events, offsites, and customer visits, while maintaining efficient administrative processes. You will be a proactive partner to the sales team, helping streamline workflows and enabling the team to focus on achieving business goals.
What you'll have
- 2–3 years of experience as a sales administrative assistant or sales support roles, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills to ensure smooth coordination both internally and externally; prior sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to accurately assess priorities and manage them effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results under pressure and in challenging circumstances.
- Demonstrated strength in multitasking, handling diverse responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and respond flexibly to unexpected situations with a positive and adaptable mindset
- A collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, even during peak workload periods.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English proficiency preferred
