We are looking for a passionate designer to join the Adobe Express Design team. In this role, you’ll be crafting seamless, end-to-end user experiences that are scalable, reusable, and inclusive. You’ll help shape the future of video-based storytelling in a world transformed by AI—rethinking workflows and unlocking new creative possibilities for our users.

What you will do
- Own and build design impact. Design intuitive experiences that enable users to build outstanding video-based content. Improve and evolve workflows, and conceptualise new features, with exceptional attention to detail. Ensure the successful implementation of solutions that accelerate and improve the video creation process.
- Collaborate and strategize. Partner with other designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers, to encourage and envision future product features and roadmaps that are grounded in user research and data.
- Investigate and iterate. Partner closely with the user research team to test your prototypes, capture insights, and integrate your findings into iterations to help improve existing experiences and discover new opportunities.
- Approach problems holistically. Define patterns and frameworks, that can scale across multiple use cases and platforms.
- Embrace agility and uphold high quality standards. Design experiences that align to the goals, priorities, and timelines of the product. Coordinate multiple projects to completion, and promote the adoption of user experience guidelines.
What you need to succeed
Must haves
- A passion for designing intuitive workflows, and 5+ years of relevant design experience.
- A degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field with a strong foundation in design.
- The ability to concisely and confidently present design decisions, the problems they address, and how they support business objectives, to cross-functional leaders and partners.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, or other similar software, and experience with design systems.
- Openness and ability to act on design feedback from peers in a rapid iterative design process.
- Strength in creating both lo-fidelity prototypes and hi-fidelity concepts to test with users.
Nice to haves
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones is a plus.
- Interest in staying on top of current interaction patterns and experience design trends.
- Knowledge of video editing workflows, and familiarity with products like Premiere Rush, Capcut, Splice, Edits, etc.
- A desire to go beyond pixels: curiosity and breadth as a creative individual.
