The Challenge
A Digital Strategist is a digital-native professional with experience designing and executing customer & consumer experiences for brands in a channel agnostic world.
A passionate and effective communicator, the Senior Digital Strategist provides our clients with value-focused expert advice and guidance to support them in developing a holistic Business & Marketing Transformation and Execution strategy, facilitating change within their organisation, and deliver outstanding outcomes through the adoption of Adobe Solutions.

As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will lead Consulting execution engagements with current and prospective Adobe customers.
- The primary focus of this role is B2C & D2C Marketing Campaign Strategy to execution Consulting and will be a client facing role that will work with Indian and global brands and help research, design, define and execute for them high RoI Campaigns.
- You will need to think, engage, execute and learn on 4 key pillars:
- Driving exceptional Customer Experiences while increasing Campaign Revenue and reduce costs, campaign best practices, campaign design & execution strategy
- Leverage Adobe Martech products to Design & blueprint Campaign execution
- Have an expert hands-on experience in Marketing success, planning, transformation
- You should be or strive to turn your experience into Consulting advisory & execution excellence as an exceptional Business Consultant.
- Preferably have hands-on Business Consulting expertise around Martech, Marketing Transformation or CX.
- Your role in Digital Strategy & Consulting is:
Leading & conducting client facing billable Consulting engagements & workshops. You will lead discovery workstreams, assessments & conduct opportunity analysis.
B2C/ D2C & B2B Campaign & Marketing transformation Consulting
Defining As-Is to To-be Customer Journeys & Personas (using tools)
Campaign TOM / Organization model design
Recommend and lead roadmaps and marketing execution programs.
Research & Business Case build: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value frameworks and revenue driving insights that positively impact and move a client’s business forward. Recommend new use cases and initiatives.
Conduct opportunity analysis. Prioritize according to business value & implementation complexity.
Digital: Inform client’s channel strategy & digital tactics. Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities. Provide solid growth recommendations and lead our clients on the steps required to grow digital maturity.
- Thought leader: on trends, digital, driving relevant research in your industry for PoVs, Presentations and business use cases
- Practice: Contribute to the creation and evolution of digital strategy offerings
- Adhere to Adobe's capabilities and leadership principles.
Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Inquisitive mind, own the outcome, personal drive to raise the bar and be genuine
- 10 + Years Relevant experience in either
- A senior management team of a marketing function within a leading company
- A top-tier management consulting organization
- A top-tier digital agency
- Base Skills: Excellent Communication, Presentation & Powerpoint skills. Strong executive presence with ability to engage, advise and inspire senior executives
- Functional Skills: Campaign Strategy, Campaign Analytics, Campaign Design & Execution | Customer Journeys Mapping | Mural / Miro boards | B2C/D2C Marketing
- Digital & Domain Skills: Marketing Strategy | Marketing Automation | Marketplaces & Ecommerce. Experience in creating digital or marketing strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision making and customer value delivery.
- Value Add Experience: Adobe Experience Cloud or competitive technologies, including good grasp of use cases & capabilities.
- Industry expertise in at least one or more verticals
- Problem solving, investigation and analytical thinking, Business ability to understand & construct the big picture of a problem
- Working knowledge of data and process modelling
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
