The opportunity

Are you interested in helping drive operational efforts at the world's leading design company? We’re seeking a Senior Design Program Manager with a strong builder mindset, focused on using AI-driven solutions to drive operational excellence in a Design Organization using AI, automation, and innovation.

You will become part of a group of program managers who work broadly across Adobe’s businesses to drive the development of flagship applications. You will collaborate with senior design leadership and partners throughout the entire development cycle. We build and manage processes that enable hundreds of designers to work together and develop top-quality products and services for creatives and knowledge workers.

What you’ll do

A primary responsibility for this role involves partnering with design leaders to turn operational challenges of a design organization into agentic solutions. You will architect and lead all aspects of automated, intelligent systems that empower the team to focus on creative work, minimizing time spent on administrative tasks.

In partnership with design leadership, you will work towards eliminating inefficiencies and manual processes within the design organization. You’ll shepherd the workload and process, all while being a champion for team culture and serving as the bridge between strategic program goals and technical solutions powered by AI, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational excellence.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of relevant experience
  • 10+ years as a program manager in a technology environment
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, agentic configurations
  • Strong familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, basic Python/JSON, and API integration using orchestration tools
  • Highly passionate about data, systems thinking, and continuous operational improvements
