As a trusted advisor, you’ll uncover business challenges, shape digital learning strategies, and demonstrate how Adobe solutions deliver real impact. With a unique blend of technical depth and business acumen, you’ll engage confidently with C-level executives, L&D leaders, and IT stakeholders.

Collaborating closely with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success, you’ll craft compelling solution stories that inspire confidence, accelerate adoption, and drive customer success.

What You’ll Do 

  • Deliver transformative product experiences through high-impact demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements that bring Adobe Learning Manager to life.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers — understanding their learning strategies, technology landscape, and organizational priorities to design scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
  • Partner across Sales and Customer Success to lead the full pre-sales journey — from discovery and solution design to technical validation and executive buy-in.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across Business, IT, and HR/L&D to align learning transformation initiatives with measurable KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer needs into actionable solution enhancements and technical innovations.
  • Bring thought leadership by staying ahead of digital learning trends, SaaS innovation, and enterprise technology advancements.
  • Champion the customer’s voice, providing structured feedback to Product Management to influence roadmap priorities and elevate solution value.
