Job description
from Adobe careersThe Opportunity
Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering high-impact marketing programs to our users. We strive to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful, and scalable marketing programs. We are seeking a Business Process Manager who combines strong project management execution with skills to design, document, and scale processes as work becomes repeatable!
In this highly visible role, you will independently lead initiatives, translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions, drive execution end-to-end, introduce new technology into workflows, and institutionalize improvements across new and existing processes.
This position demands exceptional project management rigor and process optimization expertise to coordinate delivery across teams, regions, and technologies, ensuring consistent execution while maintaining speed, quality, and scale!
What you'll Do
- Independently own large business operations and process initiatives end-to-end, from intake and prioritization through execution, rollout, and retrospective
- Define project scope, success criteria, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication plans; proactively identify risks and tradeoffs with clear recommendations to ensure timely delivery
- Review end-to-end Email Lifecycle Marketing workflows to detect inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and recurring patterns, transforming repetitive activities into standardized, scalable processes that boost speed, quality, and predictability
- Build and own a multi-quarter process optimization roadmap aligned to business priorities, including operating models, workflows, SOPs, templates, and playbooks that scale across teams and regions
