Senior Product Marketing Manager – Adobe Express, India

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, drive customer insights, and implement pivotal initiatives for Adobe Express in India. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting product narratives and driving adoption through data-driven marketing strategies. You will operate independently, collaborating cross-functionally to define and implement go-to-market strategies that resonate with India’s diverse customer segments, especially SMBs and creators.

What You’ll Do

• Define Product Positioning & Messaging

  Craft compelling product narratives tailored to India’s key customer segments, with a focus on SMBs and creators.

• Customer Insights & Analytics

  Identify high-impact product opportunities by conducting customer research and analyzing behavioral data across in-app usage, PLG funnels, paid media, SEO, and other digital touchpoints.

• Pivotal Initiative Execution

  Drive execution of strategic programs, including content marketing, pricing strategies, and partnership-led campaigns to accelerate product adoption and engagement.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

  Partner with product, growth, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on India-specific initiatives and feedback loops from customer insights.

• Marketing Activation Support

  Contribute to the development of integrated marketing plans across owned, earned, and paid channels in collaboration with global and regional teams.

• Thought Leadership & Advocacy

  Represent Adobe Express in customer conversations, industry forums, and internal partner discussions to advocate for India-specific needs and opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or strategy roles in consumer or B2B tech companies.

• Proven ability to define product positioning and messaging that drives engagement and adoption.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in customer research, funnel analysis, and digital performance metrics.

• Experience implementing pivotal initiatives independently, with a bias for action and problem-solving.

• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, impactful narratives.

• Familiarity with India’s tech and creator ecosystem, and an understanding of how communities adopt and influence technology.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a matrixed organization.
