We are seeking an experienced professional in Talent Development to join our Employee Experience team. Talent Development strives for impactful business outcomes, empowers employees, and supports Adobe's digital innovation.
In this role, your primary responsibility involves improving the efficiency and impact of our people leaders at Adobe. We have a unique opportunity to build the agenda globally; developing and delivering transformative, world-class leadership experiences, that drive impactful change at scale.
Key focus areas include:
- Leading cross-functional, global programs in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Using instructional design expertise to develop high quality learning experiences
- Building trust and working relationships with senior-level business leaders
- Working collaboratively across functions, and building alignment and agreement for key initiatives
- Implementing a measurement and evaluation strategy to determine impact
