Senior Tester 

Elsewhere Entertainment is seeking a Senior Tester to join our team in the development of an exciting new IP.  

Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly-skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining! 

As a member of the QA team, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of our products by identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs throughout the development cycle. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other QA team members to maintain smooth workflows and deliver exceptional user experiences. 
 

As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better; with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.   

You’ll help us by… 

• Executing manual test cases to validate functionality, performance, and stability.  

• Identifying, isolating, and reporting defects clearly and accurately using bug tracking tools.  

• Collaborating with development teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.  

• Maintaining test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.  

• Ensuring compliance with QA standards and best practices. 

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive test case suites.

• Proven experience in a QA role. 

• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes. 

• Understanding of QA methodologies and tools. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. 

• Ability to anticipate issues, suggest improvements, and take initiative without waiting for instructions. 

• Hands-on experience in internal studio QA for at least one commercially released AAA title. 

Bonus Points for... 

• Experience with working in game creation engines. 

• Innovative thinking and creativity.

This role can be based in our Warsaw office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the companies discretion to meet business needs.
