Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Lead Gameplay Animator to join the development of an exciting new IP.
You will become and be part of a tight-knit team that prides itself on creating complex, high-quality and believable content.
Using your experience, on this project you will positively contribute to our studio — with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.
You’ll help us by...
- Leading your animation team and their work.
- Using traditional animation principles, gameplay fundamentals and motion-capture to craft high quality animations and systems
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of game design mechanics, 3Cs, AI behavior, narrative design, camera animation and facial animation.
- Working with multiple disciplines and departments to achieve unified goals
- Actively give input and respond well to feedback to achieve the polish level we need to deliver AAA titles
- Troubleshoot tool implementations and suggest workflow improvements to increase team efficiency and creativity
You’re awesome because you have...
- 3+ years Professional Animation experience (or some combination of applicable training and experience)
- 1 or more shipped AAA game title credit
- Expertise and knowledge in game engines and building animation systems
